To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by your shipping tracking information).
  • In original, unworn, and unused condition—tags must remain attached, and items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
  • Returned in their original packaging (e.g., garment bags, boxes) where applicable.
  • Not marked as Final Sale on the product page. Final sale items are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be returned for store credit.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is straightforward—just follow these steps:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), here’s what happens next:
  • We typically receive and process returns within 5-7 business days of delivery to our warehouse.
  • After inspection, we’ll initiate the refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Refund processing times vary by payment provider but usually take 3-10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Exceptions & Special Cases
