1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following locations:
  • Domestic Shipping: All regions within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
  • International Shipping: Select countries across Europe, Asia, Australia, and North America. During checkout, you can enter your shipping address to confirm if we deliver to your location.
Note: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories not listed above at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we carefully prepare and inspect each item to ensure quality. Our processing timeline is as follows:
  • Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays).
  • During peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing time may extend to 4-5 business days due to higher order volume. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Timelines

Once your order is processed, you can choose from the following shipping methods (delivery times exclude processing days):
  • Domestic Standard Shipping: Delivers in 3-5 business days. This is our most eco-friendly option, as we consolidate shipments to reduce carbon emissions.
  • Domestic Express Shipping: Delivers in 1-2 business days for urgent orders. Available for an additional fee.
  • International Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary by country, typically 7-14 business days. Customs processing may add additional time, which is beyond our control.
  • International Express Shipping: Delivers in 3-5 business days for select countries. Available for an additional fee, with tracking and faster customs clearance.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout, before completing your purchase.
  • Domestic Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100 (before taxes).
  • International Shipping Costs: Fees vary by country. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. These fees are assessed by your local customs office and must be paid upon delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our website and navigating to “Order History.”
Note: Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships, depending on the carrier.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive for on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs processing (for international orders). If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
  • Check your tracking number for the latest updates from the carrier.
  • Contact our customer service team at service@thereformationes.com with your order number—we’ll investigate and assist you promptly.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation to report a missing package.
