Once we accept your order, we will send a order confirmation email to the email address you provided. Please note that this email is not a guarantee of shipment until you receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays). Processing time may be extended slightly during peak seasons, but we will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
  • Delivery Timeline: Regardless of domestic or international shipping destinations, standard delivery takes 6-12 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing (for international orders) or unforeseen carrier delays.
  • Shipping Costs: We offer free global shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This includes both domestic and international deliveries—no additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
  • Shipping Carrier: We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

3. Payment Terms

  • Currency: All transactions on thereformationes.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If your payment method uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their applicable exchange rate, and you may incur additional conversion fees.

Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for returns.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
All product prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy on our website, but if an error occurs and a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel your order and refund the amount charged or contact you to confirm if you wish to proceed at the correct price.
